In 2009 I was tagged by a friend in a Facebook post to answer a questionaire that asked questions similar to the questions James Lipton would ask on "Inside the Actor's Studio". I thought it would be fun to answer the questions as my present day self and see if any of my answers changed 8 years later.

Back on track with Weight Watchers. Or Dub Dub as my bestie and I call it. I am closing out week 1 of my gazillionth try. I'm back to WW because I know it works. I just have to stick with the healthier lifestyle and continue to put in the work.

I found an app advertised in my Instagram feed called Twinbody. It's an app community for people on a weight loss journey. People post pictures of their progress and share encouragement and the real struggles of what a person experiences on this long journey. It is not like what people post on FB or IG. It is the real stuff. It is inspiring and encouraging and I encourage anyone looking for a community of people who have stood in your shoes in the weight loss experience, download this app. It's free. Click the image below.

Unsolicited recommendation. I have no affiliation with Twinbody or Weight Watchers. All recommendations were made from my personal experience. I received no compensation from either company.

I think I have figured out how to do digital Project Life with more than what the App offers. I love simple and modern but enjoy color and embellishments too. I'll work on documenting my process and post how I have tried to Hack Project Life. Enjoy my first complete layout posted above.
